November is the month when the fall reaches its peak color. In this time the landscape is beautified by those painted strokes of bright yellow, majestic red and pure gold of the deciduous leaves while they are falling to the ground. Mushrooms are born in the woods and they fill them with the magic of their hidden beauty in a shadowy world full of mystery where the elves live. There are still flowers defying rain and cold wind dressed in their best clothes. This whole world of natural wonders are adorned with the diamonds which are falling from the sky in magical raindrops that blesses the earth.

November is romantic, is poetry, is color, is magic that captivates the eye.

Despeñaperros: The frontier of Andalusia we find when we go to Madrid on the highway is well known in Spain, but really you could say that is an unknown place. Within Despeñaperros Nature Park, a beautiful natural paradise, we find one of the most beautiful natural wonders of southern Spain: The most spectacular set of waterfalls of Andalusia. In the rainy season, water is poured on the great cliffs of the Sierra Morena tectonic flaws transforming the landscape into a garden in which water is everywhere. La Cimbarra is the highest and best known waterfall, but also there are unknown waterfalls like El Cimbarrillo and El Negrillo with an impressive height and beauty. The numerous streams which are jumping into steep gullies complete this set of spectacular waterfalls which delight our eyes with their delicious natural and wild beauty.

These images are taken in this environment when the waterfalls are still dry, but even in the dry season it is a beautiful and magnificent place for a nature photographer.

Un muy fuerte abrazo, amigos.

FLYING FREE

FLYING FREE
VOLANDO LIBRE
(Autor/Author: Don Besig)

There is a place I call my own
Where I can stand by the sea
And look beyond the things I've known
And dream that I might be free

Like a bird above the trees
Gliding gently on the breeze
I wish that all my life I'd be
Without a care and flying free

But life is not a distant sky
Without a cloud, without rain
And I can never hope that I
Can travel on without pain
Time goes swiftly on its way
All too soon we've lost today
I cannot wait for skies of blue
Or dream so long
That life is through

Y nunca puedo esperar
Poder viajar sin dolor
El tiempo pasa rápidamente a su manera
Demasiado pronto nos hemos perdido hoy
No puedo esperar cielos azules
O un sueño tan largo
pues la vida se acaba

Altos: So life's a song that I must sing, a gift of love I must share

Sopranos: so life’s a song, a gift of life I must share.

Altos: And when I see the joy it brings, my spirits soar through the air
Sopranos: and when I see, my spirits soar through the air

All: Like that bird up in the sky, life has taught me how to fly

For now I know what I can be And now my heart is flying free Oooooo…

Somewhere, over the rainbow, way up high,
And the dreams that you dreamed of,
Once in a lullaby.

Oh, somewhere over the rainbow,
blue birds fly, And the dreams that you dreamed of,
Dreams really do come true.

Someday, I'll wish upon a star,
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where trouble melts like lemon drops,
High above the chimney top,
That's where you'll find me.

Oh, somewhere, over the rainbow, bluebirds fly,
And the dreams that you dare to.
Oh why, oh why can't I?

¿Oh, porqué, porqué no puedo soñar?

Well, I see trees of green and red roses too,
I'll watch them bloom for me and you.
And I think to myself: What a wonderful world!

Well, I see skies of blue and I see clouds of white,
And the brightness of day.
I like the dark and I think to myself:
What a wonderful world!

The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky,
Are also on the faces of people passing by.
I see friends shaking hands, saying, 'How do you do?'
They're really saying, ' I...I love you!'

I hear babies cry, and I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more than we'll know.
And I think to myself: What a wonderful world!

Someday, I'll wish upon a star,
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where trouble melts like lemon drops,
High above the chimney top,
That's where you'll find me.

Oh why, oh why can't I?

¿Oh, porqué, porqué no puedo soñar?

Ooooo oooooo oooooo
Ooooo oooooo oooooo
Ooo ah, ah, ah... eh ah ah, eh ah ah ah ah...
